IN JUST A FEW HOURS MORE

Heyho, it's just a few hours more before I have to head to the airport to catch my flight to Taiwan/Hongkong so I decided I might as well blog. 

Before that, let me just wish ya all MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So my holidays started last Thursday and at the same time, the Saturday of the same week was also my last day working at Outpost. I've been working there for around 2 years now. But I think I'm just really sick from working and I wanna live my life while I can? lol. Furthermore, I wanna focus more on my studies and do well for my last semester. WHICH I AM CURRENTLY DOING/TRYING TO DO.

Spent my Monday and Tuesday filming this week and half of my Wednesday at home trying to get some work done and ended my Christmas Eve at my dad's family party. Was supposed to have lunch today (by this I meant 25th Dec, Christmas) with my mum's family but I had plans long time ago with my loud girls and I kinda mixed up the time and so I ended up skipping family lunch... which is kinda bothering me quite a lot cause I know I'll miss my grandparents while I'm overseas ):

Still, I can't wait to finally leave Sg and have my well deserved holiday, far, farrrr away from school. I'm also not very fond of cold countries because I always feel like I'm dying when I'm in a country during their winter season (especially in Beijing) so when I heard my mum booked Taiwan and Hongkong, I wasn't that thrilled but I was quite relieved cause according to my bandmates and friends who went to Hongkong, they said it isn't really that cold but like air con temperature??

BUT LO AND BEHOLD, THE WEATHER DECIDED TO GO FOR A SUDDEN DEEP AND SO FAR, THE NEWS I'VE GOTTEN FROM MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE ALREADY IN TAIWAN/HONGKONG ARE THAT THE WEATHER IN BOTH COUNTRIES THIS YEAR IS COLDER THAN USUAL??!?!!

URGH.

Nevertheless, I'm still happy to leave and go for my holiday. Just crossing my fingers and hoping that the weather there isn't as bad as what my friends/extended families are telling me. But then again, if it isn' that cold it'll mean that I brought my down jacket for nothing which also means that it's a waste of my luggage space.

But okay. I shall just wait and see.

Honestly can't wait to go and I also can't wait to be back to be reunited with Theo.
For now, I'm gonna go draft up a post for the new year.

HOLA KOALA

Met Josh early in the morning yesterday and went back to visit the band!

Slept at 3am the night before and got woken up by text messages from the idiot at 6am that went a lil like this...

Josh: Charman

Josh: 8 like too early la (he was the one who suggested to meet at 8am -.-)

Josh: HAHAAHAH

Josh: Meet 9am lah

(I had the exact same thought in mind)

Me: kk

Me: But band going off at 10am leh

Josh: ok then wake up

AND OMG I RECEIVED A GIFT FROM HIM!!!!!!!!

He must have reflected a lot about how great a friend I actually am this year 😂

Visited the band for a little while before both of us decided to head down to bpp to meet Lynette for breakfast. 

And so, Josh told Lynette that he found out that I've got a problem with personal space. lol.

Like I really don't like it when people come to close to me or have unnecessary physical contact with me? ––Unless you're my really really close friend and I'm comfortable with you.

But it still kinda depends on the situation and my mood. 

Anyway, after that they decided to try touching me etc to annoy/disturb me. urgh

Hung out for a bit in the library for chit chat and helped Lynette with sticking on the screen protector for her phone before we all decided to go home.

Hehe. Still can't get over my surprise from Josh in the morning.

Went home and took a nap before I headed out again at 3pm with Saiful to Amoy Qwee Camp to see the band. Saiful came and picked me up and omg. HE WAS IN BERMS.

I thought "SHIT. JOSH LAST TIME LIKE THAT. NOW SAIFUL ALSO LIKE THAT"

And true enough, we couldn't enter camp so we cabbed down to amk hub to get Saiful a pair of pants and bought ourselves dinner.

I also found the nutella I've been looking all over Sg for!!

(Tried it and it's quite a disappointment)

Cabbed back to Amoy Qwee and as usual, the guards gave us attitude and lots of bullshit talk and because my main purpose of going down was to take photos for the band and the band needed my camera, I had to bring my camera in. –The guards didn't allow that and we argued a bit.

Even so, they decided to let me put my name on the nominal roll and I didn't have to exchange pass cause, I GIRL 👍

Got into camp but I was still pretty upset about not being able to get my camera in so I kept thinking of different ways. Say perseverance and determination? HHAHAHAHAHA.

I decided to get help from 6 NCC boys to help me smuggle my camera in and we succeeded!!!!!!

Seriously, thank God for them because they know the camp better than I do.

Tried to re enter camp after going out and because this time Saiful wasn't with me, I received a different treatment from the guards.

Me: I want to re enter. I'm from the band.

Guard 1: band one ah?

Guard 2: Haiyo! Why you still standing outside faster go in!!

*Opens gate*

Guard 1: You're from band?

Me: *nods*

Guard 1: Okok, you don't need to check with us lah. Faster go in!!

LOLLOL. Talking about double standard.

Gotta love being a girl.

The juniors were so sweet after performance, they kept taking food and drinks for me :') omg I ever had my juniors "serve" me before.

Back to Swiss after performance and had late dinner/supper with Kenneth, Elizabeth and Saiful before heading home.

STAY OUT HANG OUT

22nd November, was at *SCAPE to do some design works early in the morning before I headed to Wheelock to meet my mum, my youngest brother, Fai and his mum for lunch followed by a bit of shopping.

Then I had to go back to school for a 15mins meeting -_-

Had to travel all the way back to town again after my meeting to meet Yanting for dinner and we decided to be really random by calling up Fiona, Eugene and Minjiang out for Timbre. lol.

I do the most random shit.

The next day, which was the 23rd, I went out with my brother to get his stuffs for grad night.

And on the 29th, Eugene and I made last minutes plan to meet up with some of our friends for supper.

He came and fetch me after work and we drove around town while waiting for Yanting before heading to Nais's place for like 5mins to use the toilet. LOL

Then we headed for some place in Jurong to look for Minjiang to find out that he's somewhere else so we drove to Eugene's place for awhile before heading to some community centre to find Minjiang.

And finally, decided to go to Roti Prata House for supper at freaking 1am.

lol why am I even blogging.

INDIFFERENCE

I've always been praying for me to be numbed to disappointments and heartbreaks but it didn't happen. But this time, I didn't ask for anything and it did.


Or maybe I just need time.

I realised though I was over our whole friendship thing, I didn't want to commit to another friendship/clique.

There were times when we were angry/upset with each other. But one thing for sure, we were always true to each other. You would never let me get into a fight if it wasn't worth it. You would make sure that I'm being escorted back home and not cause a scene, while trying to talk sense into me. And if it was worth it, you would back me up like crazy. -Even if halfway through we all realised we might be losing.

We were our own wolf pack. We made each other feel safe and less vulnerable.
True friends are those can love you all the time without judgement. At least you girls can.

We're no longer together but what we had was irreplaceable.
And I wouldn't even want to try to replace.

Last Semester

Hello you guyyyyyyyyyyys.

School started for me today after my almost 7 months "break" from school.

Technically speaking, it was only 2 and a half months break because I had my internship from March to July then I went back to work as a temp staff for the month of August.

So I actually didn't really have a long holiday okayyyyyy.

But I'm so glad I didn't have to step into campus for 7 months ^^

My first day of school and I WAS LATE

And our problem for the day. lol.

DAMN LAME!?!? 

But then again, it was good to not have to start working on projects on the first day.

Decided to use the game that Stan thought me how to play during our trip in Boracay and Faci got too into the game as well and decided to bet our grades on the game. LOL

School Starts Tomorrow

Nais's place at 10pm on Friday night as usual.

The guys, Nais's and Nais's mum were made to watch some chinese show with me before we can head out for supper. While I was watching my show, Nais and John Lim became bored and while the guys were all waiting for me to finish watching my show they started to entertain themselves by having some farting fest?!?!?! GROSS.

Show ended at 1am and we headed out to Upper Thomson for Prata!

I was playing the song "I love it" in the car 

*song playing: I crashed my car into the bridge, I don't care~~*

Guys: I CARE I CARE

lollol cuz they were driving hahahaah.

Tried their crispy prata and it was good.

At about 3am, the guys decided that they wanted to go McRitchie Park just for fun and so we did.

BUT WE WITNESSED SOMETHING WEIRD AND IT DISRUPTED OUR PLAN.

We were about to enter the carpark when we saw the car going up and down with brakes light on.

"omgomg someone having sex in car!!"

And out of curiosity, all of us decided to drive nearer to the car to check whatever that was happening out. Upon driving nearer to the car, we realised there was NO ONE inside wtf?!?!

But the brake lights were still on so John and Minjiang decided to get down the car and go take a look. (Damn stupid and annoying lah I feel, cause what if something was really wrong and they came back possessed?!?!)

Anyway, they were damn stubborn so they went down and have a look and still, NO ONE WAS IN THE CAR.

Decided not to play with fire and left the place after Minjiang went to use the toilet.

After leaving the carpark, we decided to look at the car again and now, the brake lights were off. FREAKING HELL!?!

Was damn freaked out already so I got John Lim (not my ideal choice but I really had no choice) to send me up the lift cause I'm a coward duh. And this idiot decided it was funny to scare me again before leaving, he totally did not expect me to scream but I did... at 4am lol.

Minjiang who was in his car parked downstairs could hear me from 9 floors up. LOLLOL.

DON'T SCARE ME MOFOS.

Couldn't sleep the whole night and next morning, I had to wake up extra early on Saturday to meet Isabel and accompany her for some NIE talk which we ended up not going to. lol

So here's just us, visiting NTU and NIE on a Saturday morning wtf. 

Went for service as usual on Sunday morning. 

Shabu Shabu for lunch before heading home

And I slept till 8.30pm after.

Start of my last semester tomorrow.
Can't wait.
To graduate I mean.

A spontaneous decision to head to zouk yesterday with a hell lot of friends that were picked randomly and they didn't even know each other but agreed to come party with me :')

Met up with Fiona and Rayden (who both don't know each other lol) and headed over to zouk to meet  Eugene, Hong Xiang, Nais, Lynn, Stan and Yong Chow.

And had my first hobo experience......... 

I've never drank outside the club ever.

They decided not to buy vodka and went with Martel + Jagger because I can't take vodka or I'll get alcohol poisoning

Drank and played some drinking games outside before we finally decide to head in at around 1am++

Thankful for Eugene, Hongxiang, Rayden and Stan esp for saving me from the drunk guys.
