The last and the worse but I have learnt

Haihai ^^

Previously I was posting about my stay in St Regis.
Then on the day itself after I checked out of St Regis, I went over to Brenda's place @ The Trizon to make moon cake!! ^^

And if you've read my tweets, (Uhm, if you haven't been following @kissonyou, it was probably one of the worst choice you've ever made and you should do so now!) :P
Anw, as I was saying, if you've read my tweets, I'm always excited to go over to Brenda's place because it's so beautiful!! And this time, I managed to bring my camera to snap of few picture of my favorite place of The Trizon.

YEP! LOVED THE BALCONY!!!!!!! Especially at night and there's an unblock view of MBS!!
The whole condo and it's facilities were pretty nice too. And what's more, they have Penthouse which were many times bigger and nicer on the top floors!! I honestly honestly wanted to ask my parents to get it but there were too many factors in which why my parents wouldn't agree especially that all the penthouse have already been bought ): oh man.

Never thought I would be making moon cake!! But I did it!!!!!! And surprisingly, or not... IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE!! But because it was the snow skin version. The other versions would probably be difficult.

Here's the end result of my moon cakes.
Not bad for first time right!! ^^

I was also contemplating if I should start giving lessons on how to make moon cakes since my first try was so successful and I did it like a pro. And after much considerations, I finally decided to do it!!
You can contact me @kissonyou if you would like to sign yourself up for my moon cake making course. Each lesson would be $15.
AHAHAHA, No. I'm just kidding. Go buy your own moon cake or search the net for recipes.

Right after I booked out of St Regis on Sunday, I went to make moon cake and stayed at home on the following Monday to pack for chalet which was held on Tuesday!

And from Cloud nine at St Regis, I went all the way to underground... 9? lol.
It was our 2nd Combined Class Chalet at Aloha Changi.
The difference!! St Regis to Aloha Changi -.-

Met up with my comm members for grocery shopping before checking in. We had 2 trolleys!!!! And we had to hand carry + walk all the way to the chalet. Nice enough not to use the funds for cab when we could. INTEGRITY!

Grocery shopping was fun!! From looking for foods, arguing to buy which brand of food and shouting all over the supermarket. But unfortunately, the fun only stops there.

Once we reached the chalet and checked in, we had to do the checking of kitchen inventory, cleaning up, making sure we bought all we needed and make a list of other stuffs we lack and start preparing food.

The "joy" of being committees eh.

Started cleaning up right away and then packing the food and keeping them into the refrigerator.

Uhm, I did help out in preparing the food too! The photos you saw above were called "multitasking/ taking a break"

Later at night the guys came, followed by a list of unfortunate events which I would rather not mention/ talk about it to remind myself again.

Was worried that there wouldn't be enough BBQ food but luckily, it was more than enough and everyone was full even before they finished up the BBQ food. Thank goodness for Dickson who is such a great chief -and have aced his F&N in Secondary School. He took those BBQ dishes and whatever ingredients he could find in the kitchen to cook the rest of the food. It was delicious. Really thankful for him :)

Basically, this whole chalet sucked. And if you asked who the organizer was, it was me.
Though I was the organizer, nothing of it that I've planned was being carried out except for one game which was kinda fail as well.

I guess I was having too high of an expectation. I thought just like me, my friends would also be excited for the chalet since we haven't seen each other for quite a long time. And I thought just like me, they would be more spontaneous as we really missed one another. Well, all that I have thought was wrong and instead, it was totally the opposite.

I took around 2 months to plan every single thing in detail but it didn't work out as the atmosphere right from the start has already gone wrong and went downhill later on at night of the chalet.

Whatever it is, I'm still thankful for those who have stood by me to help me :)
ESPECIALLY MY COMM MEMBERS.

Right from the start, they all came earlier than the actual meeting time because they didn't want me to be unhappy. Also, they helped me see the whole chalet through from cleaning up, to cooking, making sure money was collected and even punishing themselves with me.
I am honestly thankful and very grateful.

Thank you S, F, Y, John Lim, Eugene, Minjiang and Wanhei :)
Really :)
